ServisCo Limited was founded with the aim of developing leading edge Applications and providing high calibre consulting services to the Banking and Financial Services Industry.

After years of observing the challenges faced by organisations in the Banking sector especially when trying to implement multi-vendor applications, ServisCo took up the challenge of building a Retail Banking solution designed from ground up to be fully integrated.

By leveraging technological advances in our development efforts we are able to offer a comprehensively designed solution built with industry leading technology at a remarkable Total Cost of Ownership.

    ServisCo is made up of professional staff with between 12 and 20 years of front-line experience in the design, development and deployment of banking application systems using 4GL tools on Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS).

    We also provide consulting services and training in RDBMS and software development tools to enable our clients to develop better in-house services.

    Experience has shown (especially in the computing industry) that market leaders become complacent and take their market domination for granted. This is usually to the detriment of the customers and the industry at large.

    New firms with well-developed skills and a clear focus on a particular market segment are always necessary to ensure the customers benefit from the new and exciting developments in technology.

    The trend of over-billing for solutions that are not the most appropriate for the customer has taken a heavy toll on the confidence end-users have in I.T. systems and services. Our philosophy is that the most expensive solution is not necessarily the best one and we work with our clients to prove this.

    Our processes begin with the definition of the users’ requirements. The client may do this by themselves or we could come in to assist with the services of internationally experienced Business Consultants who have a thorough knowledge of the Financial Services sector.

    We then move through the iterative process of design and review with you in the case of new applications, or review and customisation in the case of application systems that are already installed. This process will continue until customer satisfaction is achieved.
